WARM2Kids
"MS&L-Boston
has launched WARM2Kids, a membership-based web
site for teens, college age young adults, and their parents. Founded by
former Boston Celtic player, M.L. Carr, the organization reinforces that
"although nobodys perfect, we are All Role Models."
WARM2Kids mission
is to create an online community with offline benefits that provides tools
to inform, instruct and inspire young people to makepositive life decisions.
Sports stars, celebrities and "everyday heroes" share their
struggles to overcome adversity and CBS Radios Dr. Lonnie Carton
("In the Learning Center") provides content guidance. Members
can take advantage of discounts on numerous youth-oriented products, and
have access to unique corporate and celebrity-backed events."
We heard about Clock
Tower Place through Bob Buonato, head of Wellesley Management, who is
a personal friend of our VP of Business Development, Mr. Don Johnson.
Don spent the past 37 years as the founder and owner of a very successful
direct mail company, but has switched gears to help WARM2Kids bring necessary
guidance to today's youth and their families We fell in love with CTP
the first time we visited. The 'old school' character of the buildings,
especially how they preserved much of the old Digital factory style is
amazing. And the staff here; from Eileen Myers to Joe Salemi
and Joe Mullin, to all of the maintenance crew are helpful and available.
Mr. Joseph Salemi welcomed us with a personal tour of the huge facility,
including the new parking garage and CTP pavilion, and accomodated us
with available furniture and supplies.
"The great thing
about CTP for us is that we're a new, start-up company, and office space
is available here to downsize, or (hopefully and more likely) upsize."
- M.L. Carr
Our employees are
happy because of all the amenities available on site and in the town
of Maynard. The Building we're in, Building 2 is like it's own little
community, complete with a gym, cafe, print shop, coffee, shop, etc..
Thanks,
-Mike C.

Technology Barn
On behalf of Technology Barn I want to thank you and your staff for a
very smooth and professional transition into our new office suite. Our
timeframe for construction and the move was aggressive, but your team
met all deliverables with flying colors. I was pleasantly surprised to
find even the interior glass windows sparkling,( a minor detail yet one
which demonstrates your service commitment).
During our random
visits here to check progress, all individuals we met were professional
and proud of their component contribution. The end results demonstrate
this.
We are very pleased
with our decision to move to Clock Tower Place. Thanks to you and your
staff for a job well done.

Monster
Monster
moved to Clock Tower Place in June of 1998. We selected the site based
on demographics of our employees, a very competitive rental rate, and
the history of the complex. As more tenants moved in, we watched the property
management office become more and more efficient with their responses
to maintenance requests and other services. We are pleased that our employees
can enjoy all the amenities offered from the cafeteria and gym to the
on-site day care, copy service, and sundries store. We are very comfortable
in our space and plan to stay for quite a while.

Harpell
Clock Tower Place is the perfect location for companies
that thrive on creativity. The space has personality, the town is funky
and the building management is flexible and entrepreneurial.

The Yacobian Group
With Clock Tower Place we were able to find a location
that was central to the high tech employment base we seek, as well as
a rental rate that was extremely competitive. Building ownership has been
able to handle our expansion requirement, and, finally the reverse commute
is truly stress free.
