Each and every company representative works within the team to ensure the

of quality and care for our clients. Although your property will have an assigned
"team" to help manage and market the property, all of our Wellesley Management
employees are fully trained in Property Management and willing to assist any of the other

infrastructure, Clock Tower Place comes fitted to meet the demands of the most
sophisticated high technology tenants, a lasting legacy of the years when
Digital Equipment Corporation owned and rennovated the complex. Building systems include
fire,
security, energy management and access to satellite and fiber optics telecommunications.
However, Clock Tower Place is
prepared to take your construction demands one step further. Our partnership
with the Rosewood Construction Corporation has been a huge part of this project
from its inception. Rosewood has completed all of the build out of common areas,
tenant suites, and our recently added new parking garage.

with a turnkey construction solution. We offer site planners, expert project
managers, decorators, and can coordinate all aspects of your move from cubicles to

Longevity
In 1921, Wellesley Companies was founded. After surviving the Great Depression and the
tumultuous 1980s, Wellesley Companies is financially sound and continuously growing.
In 1986, nationally recognized Wellesley Management was created as a managing agent for
