The Wellesley Advantage -

Wellesley Management is the managing agent for properties created by Wellesley Companies, founded in 1921, purchased by Wellesley Capital and also for properties outside the Wellesley portfolio. Wellesley Management employs over 25 people and manages over 650 residential units and approximately 1,500,000 square feet of commercial space.

Wellesley’s marketing department provides the expertise to help achieve high occupancy levels in the competitive property management marketplace.

Our management company is a young and aggressive real estate management and marketing firm, dedicated to servicing the needs of our clients. Wellesley is a company that believes in long term relationships, with a client list that is comprised of banks, financial institutions and select private clients.

Management
Each and every company representative works within the team to ensure the highest level of quality and care for our clients. Although your property will have an assigned "team" to help manage and market the property, all of our Wellesley Management employees are fully trained in Property Management and willing to assist any of the other sites on short notice.

Construction
Unlike many other mill properties, which require an enormous investment in technical infrastructure, Clock Tower Place comes fitted to meet the demands of the most sophisticated high technology tenants, a lasting legacy of the years when Digital Equipment Corporation owned and rennovated the complex. Building systems include fire, security, energy management and access to satellite and fiber optics telecommunications.

However, Clock Tower Place is prepared to take your construction demands one step further. Our partnership with the Rosewood Construction Corporation has been a huge part of this project from its inception. Rosewood has completed all of the build out of common areas, tenant suites, and our recently added new parking garage.

Whether your company is occupying 100,000 square feet or 1000 square feet, we have the on site capability to provide you with a turnkey construction solution. We offer site planners, expert project managers, decorators, and can coordinate all aspects of your move from cubicles to carpet.

Marketing
Wellesley Management will prepare a personalized and detailed marketing plan for you. Not only will this ensure that your property stays fully leased, it will also promote new business for your tenants by attracting local and regional attention for them. We have the ability, through our extensive "hands-on" approach to create value by maximizing cash flows and enhancing marketability of property.

Longevity
In 1921, Wellesley Companies was founded. After surviving the Great Depression and the tumultuous 1980’s, Wellesley Companies is financially sound and continuously growing. In 1986, nationally recognized Wellesley Management was created as a managing agent for the Wellesley Companies. Our management and marketing company is a young and aggressive real estate management and marketing firm. We are dedicated to servicing the needs of our clients.
